We have to shift from a catastrophic and unrealistic scenario to a more grounded assessment of the worst realistic outcome. Great insight there!

And instead of always focusing on the failing, why not think of it as what if it works out. Changing this mindset can help change how our bodies and emotions react to the situation. We've all experienced how our imagination can be wild compared to what really happens, so why not do the shift before we sabotage ourselves?
